Kreston Menon

is looking for Senior Associates-Audit for our Sharjah Office, with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in handling external audits, strong knowledge of IFRSs and ISAs, and proven experience in leading audit teams and delivering high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct statutory audits of financial statements in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and auditing standards. Handle audit engagements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality services. Review working papers and audit files of team members and supervise them on various audit engagements. Identify and communicate complex accounting and audit-related matters to Managers, Directors, or Partners. Be proactive, communicate effectively, and maintain professional and cordial relationships with team members. Maintain a strong client focus, respond promptly to client requests, and build productive working relationships with client personnel. Collaborate with team members to set goals and responsibilities, contribute ideas and opinions, and listen and respond to others' views. Continue to learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery.

Skills & Requirements

CA/ACCA with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in handling external audits in a reputed audit firm. Knowledge of IFRSs, ISAs, and other local rules and regulations. Experience in audit methodologies, procedures, and techniques. Ability to lead teams effectively and work collaboratively. Proficient in MS Office applications, report writing, and presentations. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
