Job Overview: The Associate Assurance Specialist provides advanced administrative support to the QHSES Assurance function in the Business Line. The role requires basic understanding of work processes in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects in the (offshore) oil/gas/energy industry. The Associate Assurance Specialist must be able to support the development, simplification, and improvement of management system processes. The Associate Assurance Specialist is preferably familiar with the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The role requires an individual who can act with a degree of autonomy whilst maintaining a good relationship with stakeholders.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Support coordination of third\xe2\x80\x90party certifications maintained by the Business Line
Develop, follow\xe2\x80\x90up and update Business Line internal, external, third\xe2\x80\x90party and project audit schedules.
Monitor and report on consistent application of audit module in QHSES database (Intelex)
Monitor, follow\xe2\x80\x90up, analyze, and report on timely close\xe2\x80\x90out of audit findings (NCRs) and recommendations
Maintain auditors training matrix and records.
Participate in internal QHSES audits, when requested
Support development, follow\xe2\x80\x90up, and reporting on Business Line Customer Satisfaction schedule
Consolidate input and support facilitation of annual Management Review Meeting with Business Line Leadership
Team
Support updating and maintenance QHSES documentation, where relevant
Monitor, follow\xe2\x80\x90up, analyze, and report on timely close\xe2\x80\x90out of NCRs and recommendations raised during surveillances and inspections
Monitor and report on consistent application of NCR module in QHSES database (Intelex)
Liaise with Functional and Project personnel, as well as with third\xe2\x80\x90party certification bodies.
Draft weekly and monthly QHSES Assurance reports for LT meetings
Draft bid inputs, when required
Prepare requisitions, when required
Prepare meeting presentation material including minutes of meeting, as directed.
Assist in Root Cause Analysis process, when required.
Other duties connected with the function, as directed.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
Any Degree or Diploma, preferably related to Quality or HSE discipline.
5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in oil/gas/energy construction or process industry, preferably in a QHSES or administrative role
Internal audit training ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001 (current to most recent certification) preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and becomes quickly familiar with QHSES data systems.
