Role Summary



We are seeking an accomplished and strategic

AVP - Marketing

for one of our property developer clients to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for real estate portfolio, spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This role requires a blend of creative campaign planning, global market strategy, brand stewardship, and cross-functional leadership to ensure successful project launches, high-impact events, and sustained market visibility.

The ideal candidate will have at least

5+ years of experience

in real estate or hospitality marketing, with a proven track record in end-to-end project launch management, high-profile campaigns, and data-driven inventory optimization that drives brand equity and business growth across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects, from concept to post-launch, including global market entry strategies for key international regions Define product positioning, audience segmentation, unique selling propositions (USPs), and go-to-market plans. Lead the planning and execution of 360-degree, multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, maximise brand awareness, and drive sales. Conduct detailed market research, competitive benchmarking, and consumer behaviour analysis to shape strategic direction and differentiate offerings in the premium segment.

Branding & Communication



Ensure consistent brand messaging and a strong, recognisable visual identity across all marketing touchpoints. Collaborate with internal branding, creative, and content teams as well as top-tier external agencies to develop compelling, high-quality marketing materials. Craft engaging brand stories and narratives that highlight the distinctive features and lifestyle appeal of each project, enhancing market positioning for flagship developments.

Events & Activations



Strategise and oversee key marketing-driven events, including: Major project launches and exclusive previews. Customer engagement activations and experiential showcases. Broker meets and stakeholder networking. Brand experiences and lifestyle events at sales galleries and community venues. Manage event budgeting, vendor selection, production schedules, and performance KPIs to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with brand standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration



Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, Design, and Development teams to ensure cohesive positioning and coordinated promotional activities. Partner closely with Digital, PR, and Social Media teams to amplify campaigns and maximise multi-channel reach. Apply data-driven inventory optimisation strategies to support sales teams in clearing challenging stock and improving overall sales performance.

Performance Tracking & Insights



Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and events using robust data-driven methods. Generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations to continuously refine strategies and enhance ROI.

Requirements



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in marketing management within luxury real estate, hospitality, or premium lifestyle sectors. Demonstrated success in global market strategy, launching high-profile real estate projects, and managing large-scale, 360-degree marketing campaigns. Strong expertise in branding, creative direction, experiential marketing, and crafting compelling customer experiences. Excellent project management, organisational, and leadership skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex budgets. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret market data and sales performance to optimise inventory and marketing plans. Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
