Key Responsibilities:
Support the VP of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.
Oversee major accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business development.
Monitor sales performance, report insights, and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of sales experience in real estate, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the UAE market.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Preferred:
Experience with luxury, off-plan, or residential real estate projects.
Arabic language skills are an advantage.
