Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth objectives across the UAE and GCC.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and workforce plans.
  • Lead the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Implement innovative sourcing methods through digital platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards to optimize candidate pipelines.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, internal policies, and diversity hiring goals.
  • Guide and mentor recruitment specialists and HR teams to strengthen capability and performance.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to position Orient Insurance as an employer of choice.
  • Support leadership in workforce planning, succession strategies, and executive hiring.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale recruitment across the GCC, preferably in the financial or insurance sector.
  • Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools, market intelligence, and data-driven hiring.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational efficiency and long-term talent needs.
