Position: Assistant Treasury Manager
Location: UAE
Salary: Up to AED 21,500 + Family Benefits (Visa, Insurance, Flight Tickets for spouse and up to 2 children) + Bonus
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Treasury Manager to support the Finance Operations team in managing cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions. The role requires strong expertise in treasury operations, financial controls, and compliance, with proven experience in the UAE real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily treasury operations, including cash flow, liquidity, and forecasting.
Monitor bank accounts, cash balances, and ensure timely execution of payments.
Support in developing and maintaining banking relationships.
Prepare treasury reports, reconciliations, and financial analysis to support management decisions.
Assist in implementing treasury policies, internal controls, and best practices.
Support Manager - Finance Operations with strategic initiatives, audits, and compliance requirements.
Contribute to process improvements and automation within treasury and finance operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional qualification preferred).
5-7 years' relevant experience in treasury, finance, or accounting.
Prior experience in the real estate sector within the UAE is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of cash management, financial instruments, and treasury reporting.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
