Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our finance team as

Assistant Manager - Treasury Operations

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day treasury functions including cash management, banking operations, reconciliations, and monthly closings. This role also encompasses strategic responsibilities such as cash flow forecasting, budgeting, forex and risk management, and corporate finance activities including fund raising.

Key Responsibilities:Treasury Operations & Cash Management



Manage daily cash operations, including fund transfers, payments, and liquidity positioning. Monitor and optimize working capital to ensure adequate liquidity across the group. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to treasury.

Cash Flow Forecasting & Budgeting



Prepare and update short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts. Support budgeting activities by providing treasury-related inputs and analysis. Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, and recommend corrective actions.

Forex, Hedging & Risk Management



Monitor foreign currency exposures and execute hedging strategies as per policy. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory frameworks related to treasury. Assist in identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with treasury functions.

Corporate Finance & Fund Raising



Support in sourcing and negotiating funding facilities (term loans, working capital lines, etc.) Liaise with banks and financial institutions for fundraising and documentation.

Bank Relationship Management



Maintain effective relationships with banking partners to support operational needs. Regularly review banking services, costs, and recommend optimizations where required.

Compliance & Regulatory Reporting



Ensure adherence to all UAE banking regulations and internal compliance guidelines. Prepare and submit required reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Systems & Process Improvement



Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for treasury-related transactions. Contribute to automation and improvement of treasury processes and controls.

Qualifications & Experience:



CA / CPA / ACCA (qualified or semi-qualified) preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury Operations, with exposure to multinational or regional corporations. Strong understanding of corporate finance, cash management, and banking practices. Experience in dealing with UAE banks and understanding of local banking regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
