Position Overview
Azizi Developments, one of Dubai's fastest-growing real estate developers, is seeking an Assistant Training Manager to enhance employee learning experiences through innovative content creation and effective Learning Management System (LMS) administration. This role will be central to driving engaging onboarding, training, and development initiatives that align with organizational growth and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging learning content, including videos, animations, presentations, handouts, and invitations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to align content with learning objectives and company goals.
• Ensure clarity, engagement, and instructional quality for diverse audiences.
• Review and update existing training materials to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Administer and maintain the LMS platform for smooth content delivery and user experience.
• Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and coordinate with IT for maintenance and updates.
• Manage onboarding to the LMS, ensuring employees are enrolled and trained on navigation and usage.
• Track and report on learner engagement, completion rates, and performance metrics.
• Collect feedback and use insights to improve training effectiveness.
• Explore new technologies, tools, and learning trends to enhance content quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in content creation.
• Strong design and script writing skills.
• Proficiency in LMS platforms and online learning environments.
• Skilled in A.I tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and content creation software.
• Knowledge of SCORM and animation tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving learning needs.
