Assistant Technical Manager

Job Description

We are currently seeking Assistant Technical Manager to join the engineering team at our prestigious residential property in Dubai. This role is for sister concern of Palazzo Versace Dubai, upholding the same standards of luxury, service, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
Coordinate and monitor maintenance schedules for common areas.
Respond to technical issues and support troubleshooting activities.
Handle technical service requests from residents and tenants.
Liaise with contractors and service providers to address issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Assist in managing compliance records, safety inspections, and vendor contracts.
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience as Assistant Manager in technical support, facilities management, or a related field, ideally in a residential or property management environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for resident and contractor interaction.
Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Customer service-oriented with a focus on maintaining a positive resident experience.
