Job Summary

The Assistant Team Leader - Credit Card Sales supports the Team Leader in managing internal sales operations, monitoring team performance, and ensuring achievement of assigned credit card sales targets. This role is fully office-based and focuses on team coordination, performance tracking, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Team Leader in achieving monthly and quarterly credit card sales targets. Support, guide, and motivate sales executives to improve performance and productivity. Monitor daily sales activities, lead allocation, and conversion ratios. Ensure accurate documentation and strict compliance with bank and company policies. Conduct regular team briefings, product knowledge sessions, and performance feedback. Track individual and team KPIs and prepare sales performance reports for management. Handle internal escalations related to documentation, approvals, or processing issues. Coordinate with operations, credit, and support teams to ensure smooth case processing. Act as Team Leader in their absence and maintain continuity of operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in credit card or banking sales, preferably in the UAE. Prior experience in assisting or mentoring a sales team is an advantage. Strong understanding of credit card products, eligibility criteria, and documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a target-driven, deadline-oriented environment. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Initial Salary:

AED 3,000 per month
