Job Title: Assistant Team Leader - Credit cards & Personal Loan

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 3K to 6K (as per experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide a team of Sales Executives in achieving their personal and team sales targets. Promote and sell cards & personal loan products to individual customers. Develop sales strategies and monitor performance metrics. Train, motivate, and support team members for higher productivity. Generate leads through field activity, cold calling and referrals. Build and manage lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer retention.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (UAE or home country). Proven leadership skills or previous experience as a team leader/supervisor. Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills. Strong target-driven mindset and ability to perform under pressure. Must be currently based in UAE and available for in-person interviews.
