Our client is a leading property business based in Dubai who are looking to hire a Tax Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the accurate and timely preparation and submission of direct tax returns including Corporate Income Tax, adhering to UAE regulations.
• Support the review of tax computations, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
• Stay updated on changes in UAE tax laws, regulations, and industry practices, and analyse their potential impact on the company\'s tax position.
• Ensure all tax-related documentation is organized and easily accessible for internal and external reviews.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operational teams to provide tax insights and ensure that tax considerations are integrated into business decisions and projects.
• Support the preparation of information and documentation required for tax audits and inquiries from relevant authorities.
• Assist in the implementation of internal controls to ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field. Master\'s degree or relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is advantageous.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in direct tax compliance, preferably within the real estate industry or related sectors.
• Solid understanding of UAE tax laws, regulations, and practices related to direct taxation.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using tax software, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
