Join our team as a Senior Tax Consultant and take the lead in developing and maintaining our robust and innovative software solutions. As a key member of our dynamic team, you\'ll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and drive the advancement of our cutting-edge technology, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality, user-centric products.

You will effectively apply your knowledge to client situations, developing and delivering innovative solution-oriented ideas with timely, responsive services and work products that meet and/or exceed client expectations.

• Help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business.
• Consulting and liaising with clients on matters of a compliance type nature, checking schedules and issuing VAT Returns.
• Assisting the operation team in the interpretation of the VAT Act, planning and restructuring.
• To support the team from a tax perspective, adding value in a multi-disciplinary context and providing in-depth knowledge and advice on VAT as well as managing CT.
• build and maintain strong connections with your clients, ensuring you understand and manage their expectations adequately at all times.
• manage your client portfolio, with excellent client service.
• Support sales team with TAX advice for potential clients.
• Reviewing / developing and improving VAT processes and more globally improving the VAT control environment
• Working with stakeholders, including operational teams, Product, Marketing, and sales team, to identify and address tax risks and opportunities and implement process improvements
• Driving education and training on tax throughout the business.
• Also, to manage operational direct and indirect tax compliance obligations in order to ensure compliance with regulations and standards at all times.
• Good knowledge of the provisions of Direct Tax Laws, including Transfer Pricing, Corporate Taxation and International Taxation.
• Perform comprehensive impact assessment of UAE CT introduction on business, processes, functional areas and operations, undertake gap analysis, assess CT readiness and prepared implementation roadmap.
• Design CT model for all impacted components (business operation, systems, processes and resources to meet CT compliance, filing and reporting requirements).
• Support in the development of policies and procedures and support their implementation and maintenance so that tax activities meet standards, compliance and regulatory requirements, align to business requirements, and increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors/Master\'s Degree in Accounting or a relevant field.
• Must have 7 + years of overall experience in a relevant position.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in Dubai
