Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and overall store management. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by training and mentoring staff. Support sales goals and implement strategies to achieve them, maximizing profitability. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store is well-presented at all times. Handle inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention measures. Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, energy, and enthusiasm among staff. Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry. Strong leadership and team management skills with a customer-centric approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and inspire others. Familiarity with luxury brand expectations and ability to maintain brand integrity. Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
