Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, facilitating effective communication, supervising the team, and elevating the customer experience. Oversee the store operations, driving sales targets and KPIs through strong leadership, problem-solving, and brand ambassadorship. Role & Responsibilities Actively engage in the sale of products in accordance with KAsmet By Milka standards, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction to achieve sales targets. Ensure consistent customer satisfaction through accurate and strong communication. Maintain daily stock management and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and availability. Realize and exceed store sales targets. Organize and present merchandise in line with the storeaEUR(TM)s visual merchandising standards. Foster a positive, healthy, and respectful team environment, promoting strong teamwork. Identify key challenges within store operations and work proactively on effective solutions. Adapt to challenges and changing situations with flexibility and a problem-solving approach. Understand mall operations and processes, including applying for and managing mall permits when required. Contribute to in-store event organization and coordinate closely with the Boutique Director and Marketing Team to ensure successful execution. Follow all store policies, procedures, and priorities. Participate in in-store training programs to continuously develop and meet store requirements. Open and close the store, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards. Qualifications Self-motivated and a strong team player. Good time management and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities; clear and proactive thinker. Good command of written and spoken English (B2 - C1 level); a second foreign language is an advantage. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. Willingness and potential for continuous learning and development. Able to contribute positively and proactively to new and evolving situations. Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic and challenging environment. Knowledgeable in mall operations and administrative processes. Seniority level
