Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven, and smart Assistant Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. Our ideal candidate must have experience in luxury brands, staff management training, and orientation Primary Purpose and Key Accountabilities:

• You will be responsible for the sales, retention, and business development
• Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models, and evaluate the effectiveness
• Achieve overall Revenue and Product targets
• Mapping of the local businesses and having a key focus on developing strategies to work with retailers
• Management of a team of 10-15 employees in a 2-shift system
• Maintenance and further development of a system for continuous improvement
• Generate and analyze internal reports for planning and monitoring purposes both for direct reports and portfolio
• To ensure relationships are maintained and developed with key partners where necessary
• Create and execute business plans to drive sales and growth.
• Identify target segments and create campaigns
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)
• Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance
• Responsible to lead the design and development of the future sales strategy.
• Analyze the markets and generate or follow through with new sales leads and sales strategies for B2C, B2B, and B2B2C.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Holder with at least 2 years experience in the related field
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven successful experience as a retail manager
• Strong organizational skill

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Experience:
