Key Responsibilities::
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in managing and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Contribute to creating a visually appealing store environment by maintaining proper product presentation and implementing merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and assist in inventory management.
- Assist with training and development of team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in scheduling employee shifts and coordinating staff activities to ensure optimal coverage.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash management and store security procedures.
- Assist in analyzing sales and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a luxury retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and experience in maintaining store presentation.
- Proficiency in inventory management and stock control.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
