Job Description

Responsibilities : 1. Maintain all records related to the store.
2. Check incoming materials with delivery notes, and obtain any technical documents related to the materials from the suppliers representative.
3. Perform regular checks on computerized stock levels and physical stock levels of materials and equipment held in the stores, and raise requisitions for replacements.
4. Prepare and maintain computerized stock levels and update it daily.
5. Issue materials from the stores and maintain records of issues.
6. Prepare all necessary paperwork including material transfer vouchers, stores issue vouchers, store receipt vouchers, materials requisitions, and the daily list of items received.
7. Perform Stock Taking at the end of the month and maintain accuracy and update to accounts and management.
8. Coordinate sending materials to project work sites, prepare vouchers for material transfers, and maintain records of deliveries. 9. Maintain Daily update of the stock of HVAC raw materials and finished goods. Requirements: Candidate should have 1-3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
- Should be a university graduate in any discipline.
- Should have excellent MS Office skills and good communication as well as interpersonal skills. About US : We are the manufactorers of AC Spare Parts like Ducts, Grilles and Diffusers. so we required to maintain a proper stock analysis and accuracy. we are looking for someone who can do and maintain our stocks in a proper manner. Notes: 1) Accomodation will be provided in the company. 2) Duty Hours will be morning 6:30 am to 5:00 PM. Job Type: Permanent Salary: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
