Assistant Service Advisor
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with their service inquiries.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
- Explain service recommendations and repair processes to customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status and completion timelines.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar.
- Prepare work orders and ensure all customer concerns are documented.
- Liaise between customers, technicians, and parts department to ensure smooth workflow.
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage when applicable.
