Schedule service appointments, ensuring proper allocation of time and resources for each customer's needs.
Relay customer concerns and service requirements to technicians, ensuring clear communication and efficient service delivery.
Assist in recommending appropriate services or maintenance based on the vehicle's condition and BMW's service guidelines.
Provide customers with regular updates on the progress of their vehicle service, including estimated completion times and any changes to the original scope of work.
Assist with processing service-related paperwork, including work orders, invoices, and warranty claims.
Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure adherence to BMW customer service standards by providing a seamless experience from reception to vehicle handover, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Address customer inquiries professionally, provide accurate cost estimates, and keep customers informed on repair progress.
Accurately create and manage job cards, ensuring all requested and identified work is properly documented and approved.
Monitor repair quality and adherence to BMW / QMA standards, providing valid explanations to customers in cases where deviations occur.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications and service campaigns.
Facilitate efficient communication between customers and workshop teams to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Continuously enhance BMW product knowledge and stay informed about competitive products, personal development, and ethical business practices.
