Role Description

The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in Riyadh in overseeing the daily operations, client experience, and performance of the salon to ensure service excellence, team productivity, and meeting sales targets. This role is responsible for maintaining the Brau's standards of quality, hygiene, and customer care while leading, motivating, and developing the team to deliver an exceptional client journey.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and guide them through the Brau journey. Check clients in/out, process payments, and complete daily financial reconciliation. Host clients, anticipate needs, and ensure a high-quality experience. Review daily schedules, update customer profiles, and manage studio bookings. Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly. Explain services, provide materials, and support clients with consultation forms. Recommend services and retail products using approved Brau language. Maintain accurate customer records and support required audits. Follow up with late or post-appointment clients when needed. Assist with team rosters, vacations, and schedule management. Manage inventory to ensure adequate retail and professional stock. Address maintenance issues promptly and update government documentation. Ensure SOPs and the Brau client journey are followed by all team members. Support front-of-house operations when required. Resolve client issues and ensure daily financials are accurate. Work toward store sales targets and KPIs. Lead daily sales briefings and communicate targets to the team. Review daily summaries and weekly sales reports; create action plans. Upsell treatments, retail products, and packages to drive revenue.

Requirements

Native Arabic speaker Minimum 2 years' experience in managerial or senior front of house role--ideally within the beauty, spa, or hospitality sectors Strong leadership and people management skills Sales driven with strong business acumen and attention to detail Proficient in salon software and report tools Flexibility on working days and shifts Knowledge of salon services, products, and professional standards
