Key Responsibilities
Assist in the daily management of salon operations ensuring smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
Lead and motivate
the salon team to deliver exceptional service standards.
Support in scheduling, staff training, and performance monitoring.
Handle
client consultations, complaints, and feedback
professionally.
Maintain inventory control product orders and retail displays.
Contribute to
marketing and promotional activities
to drive sales and brand visibility.
Ensure the salon environment is always
clean, organized, and welcoming
.
Stay updated with
beauty trends, products, and styling techniques
to inspire the team and clients.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in salon management or senior stylist roles.
Strong
leadership and communication
skills.
Excellent
customer service orientation
and attention to detail.
Knowledge of
modern beauty, hair, and spa treatments
.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, multicultural environment
.
Fluent in English.
