Requirement: Please note, this position is for our Sharjah Branch.

• Sales experience is a must (Real estate/Banking/Insurance).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum years of experience is 1 year and above.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, presentable and a great negotiator.
• Previous sales or estate experience, track of successfully closed deals.
• Should be familiar with the local market of Sharjah.
• Should be available in Dubai, must be willing to relocate to Sharjah & willing to join immediately.

JD:

• Should have experience in calling the clients and convince them to come for the site visit.
• Connecting the various channel partners and developers and activating them for any project.
• Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.
• Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
• Ensuring final documents are organized.
• Making available property data base of the area.
• Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company Catering clients as per their need from the available data base.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
