We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. This role will support the Sales Manager in driving sales initiatives, cultivating client relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities within the hotel. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and event planning.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded to foster repeat business.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team.
- Assist in creating and executing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to boost sales and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events, conferences, and group bookings.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
