The Role
Position Title: Assistant Sales Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to15K AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: An international freight forwarding company based in Dubai : . Develop a business plan and sales strategy to offer freight forwarding and logistics services . Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives . Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects . Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed . Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications
Requirements
Qualifications: . Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role specifically from logistics, shipping or freight forwarding industry . Valid UAE driver's license and own car is a must . Immediate joiners will be prioritized
