Assistant Sales Manager - (Hospitality) at Yamanote Atelier Restaurant, Dubai, UAE. 1. To meet with the clients to generate sales Inquiries. 2. Conduct market research to identify new markets, clientele, customer needs, and revenue streams. 3. Prospecting & Development of new customers/clients 4. To achieve and exceed the sales target set by the Management on a monthly basis. 5. Arrange regular meetings with new and existing clients to build continuous catering business opportunities. 6. Grow business revenues in line with company budgets and targets 7. Develop a catering sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets 8. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company\'s customer base and ensures its strong presence 9. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team 10. A clear understanding of the restaurants business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals For this position, candidates must have 5+ years of experience including 3+ years working as a Sales in the Hospitality industry.
