Key Responsibilities:

Analyze sales reports to monitor performance and suggest improvements. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and distributors. Supervise, motivate and guide sales staff to deliver excellent customer service. Building and leading a team of salespeople. Ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the procurement team, and prevent stockouts or overstock. Assist in achieving and exceeding sales targets for the cosmetics department. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

Must have bachelors degree in related field. Must have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics industry. Must be available in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
