About the role

To achieve the sales target for the Service Business Unit products with specified gross margin contribution and receivable days, in line with the company\xe2\x80\x99s Environment, Health & Safety and total quality standards. Subordinates only a sales engineer role and will be reporting to the Market Manager Dubai and NE.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree.
• Be located in Dubai.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on the HVAC Industry.
• Good level of English.
• Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License and own car (50% of the time you will be visiting customers).

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Arabic Language Preferable
• Fluent in written and verbal communications skills.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills.
• Good knowledge about the market.

Responsibilities

As Assistant Sales Engineer, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for:

• Work towards achieving the assigned order intake target in the respective categories of New Service Repairs, while complying with company Finance, Ethics and Sales Policies.
• Work towards achieving the assigned sales target in the respective categories of New Service Repairs, with aggressive internal and external customers\xe2\x80\x99 follow-up.
• Work towards achieving the assigned Gross Margin target in the respective categories of New Service Repairs by extensive customer negotiation and winning projects at the right price.
