Provides Admin support to sales team and communicate to customers with quotations, invoice and any other important documents as per the instructions from sales team.
CRM monitoring & data analysis on a weekly basis.
Making quotations for the customer enquiries as per the instructions from sales team.
Co-ordinating with sales team for quotation, payment follow-up, documents, schedules and communicating relevant information.
Co-ordinating with sales team and workshop team for machine PDI and delivery.
Filing of documents as required
Prepare Vendor/Pre-qualification registrations and renewals for the tenders/bids to be submitted to customers.
Doing sales reports as and when requested by sales team.
Maintaining sales tracker, quote tracker on a weekly basis for tracking sales orders and quotations.
Orders & Invoices in system as required by team.
Provide clerical and operational support.
Proficiency in English
Good computer skills (MS Office & Excel)
Good customer service skills.
Good knowledge of administrative record keeping
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.

Experience - 5+ years of experience in administration
