About the role:

Assists the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, managing staff, monitoring inventory, maintaining hygiene standards, and driving sales, while providing an exceptional guest experience.

What you will do:

Support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations.

Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.

Supervise and train staff to deliver outstanding service.

Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

Oversee inventory management and cost control.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Assist in driving sales and promoting the restaurant.

What you bring:

Previous working experience in Dubai or the Middle East in the similar role.

Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a French or fine dining setting.

Exposed to Michelin Star restaurant is an advantage.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of French cuisine and wine pairing.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in at least two international languages.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
