What you will be doing:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, Heartist management, and customer service
• Train and supervise restaurant Heartists
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
• Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing and promotional strategies
• Assist in managing restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and payroll
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous Assistant Restaurant Manager or a similar role experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and management practices
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
• Fluent in English; French language proficiency is a plus
• Previous Dubai work experience is preferred
• Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
