At InterContinental Abu Dhabi, we believe that great dining experiences begin with passionate people. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic Pan Asian Restaurant team-where culinary artistry meets world-class service.
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the high standards of InterContinental Hotels & Resorts. You will lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team while helping to craft memorable dining moments rooted in authentic Pan Asian flavours.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly do:

• Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth guest service and operational efficiency
• Support in leading, coaching, and motivating restaurant colleagues to deliver genuine hospitality
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and presentation in accordance with brand guidelines
• Monitor guest feedback and actively drive service excellence
• Oversee reservations, staffing schedules, and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Participate in menu planning, promotions, and service innovations
• Foster a positive work environment that reflects InterContinental's service culture

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a premium dining or hotel restaurant
• Strong passion for Asian cuisine and knowledge of Pan Asian dining trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
• Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering luxury service
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
