Lead the formulation and development of new coil coating and paint products tailored to customer requirements and evolving market demands. Ensure innovation, performance, and alignment with regulatory and environmental standards.
Continuously review and enhance existing formulations to improve product performance, reduce costs, and support sustainable manufacturing practices.
Manage multiple R&D projects from initial concept through to commercialization, in close coordination with the R&D Manager.
Supervise and provide guidance to junior chemists and support their technical development and ensure effective execution of daily laboratory activities.
