As we continue to expand, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Assistant Property Manager
to support our growing portfolio and deliver exceptional service to our clients and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily operations of residential properties.
Coordinate with tenants, landlords, and maintenance teams to resolve issues efficiently
Support property inspections and move-in/move-out processes
Maintain up-to-date documentation, lease agreements, and property records
Monitor rent collections, service charges, and follow up on outstanding payments
Ensure properties are maintained in excellent condition and ready for occupancy
Handle administrative tasks related to property listings, client communications, and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, maintenance, cleaning, etc.) for smooth operations
Requirements:
? 2-3 years of experience in property management or real estate administration
?Strong organizational and multitasking skills
?Excellent communication and customer service abilities
? Knowledge of UAE property laws and tenancy procedures (preferred)
? Proficient in MS Office and property management software
?Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is a plus
? Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
