The ideal candidate will play a dual role--handling administrative duties, assisting with property management tasks, and maintaining basic accounting records. This position requires strong organizational skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Property Manager including document preparation, record keeping, and general office coordination.
Handle day-to-day property management activities, including tenant coordination, lease documentation, and property inspections.
Maintain accurate financial records, assist with rent collection, payment follow-ups, invoice processing, and petty cash management.
Prepare and review lease agreements and ensure proper documentation and compliance with local laws and regulations.
Act as a liaison between tenants, contractors, and service providers, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
Assist in coordinating maintenance schedules, tracking work orders, and verifying completion of services.
Maintain tenant databases, contract records, and filing systems in both physical and digital formats.
Prepare reports related to occupancy, expenses, maintenance activities, and other property metrics.
Support the Property Manager in organizing meetings, site visits, and inspections.
Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.

Good interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with tenants, vendors, and team members.
Knowledge of lease agreements, tenant laws, and facility operations is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
