We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Assistant Project Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the UAE fit-out industry, supporting project delivery from initiation to handover. You will assist the Project Manager in coordinating resources, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of interior fit-out projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Support the Project Manager in preparing project documentation, progress reports, and schedules. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and materials. Attend site meetings and provide updates on project status. Handle day-to-day project-related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 2-3 years of UAE experience in the
fit-out industry
(mandatory). Strong knowledge of fit-out project execution and site management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.What We Offer:
