Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed MEP construction schedules in coordination with project stakeholders.
• Integrate MEP schedules with civil and architectural works to create an overall project baseline.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance.
• Analyze schedule impacts due to design changes, scope variations, or delays, and propose mitigation measures.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for internal and client review.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of MEP materials and equipment.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical planning input to support decision-making.
• Support cost control functions by aligning schedule activities with budget allocations.
• Conduct delay analysis and support claims preparation when needed.
• Ensure compliance with project planning and scheduling standards and best practices.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in planning roles, with at least 3 years in MEP construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, ELV, etc.).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, PMP preferred).
• Experience with BIM and AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
