Responsibilities for Pharmacy Administrator with MOH license as Assistant Pharmacist
Oversees the operations of the pharmacy department
Responsible for pharmacy stock maintenance and keep records up to date
Make sure that customers are prescribed the correct medicine
Ensure the pharmacy complies with federal and state regulations
Communicate effectively with customers relating to queries and issues
Ensure staff provide high standards of customer service to customers
Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
Train staff in prioritizing customer orders and delivering them efficiently
Instruct staff to interact professionally and courteously to customers at all times
Qualifications for Pharmacy Administrator
Must have MOH license as Assistant Pharmacist
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) from an accredited school preferred
Proven working experience in a managerial role in a pharmacy required
Extensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drugs to treat ailments
Able to provide clear and concise instructions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Self-driven and motivated to increase efficiency and performance
Flexible to work long hours including weekends as per requirments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
* Pharmacy: 2 years (Preferred)
