Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and inspire food and beverage teams to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Oversee operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and event venues, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation in all outlets.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and floor operations.
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in achieving financial targets through cost control, upselling, and budgeting.
• Analyze guest feedback, identify improvement areas, and implement service enhancements.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and brand compliance.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for outlet staff.
• Coordinate with finance and procurement teams to manage inventory, supplies, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, service techniques, and customer experience management.
• Proficient in POS systems, MS Office, and restaurant management software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must possess or be eligible for local certifications required by UAE hospitality regulations.
