Job Overview
The Assistant Outlet Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional in-room dining service, team leadership, and operational efficiency in line with Jumeirah's luxury standards. The role will focus on enhancing guest satisfaction, managing resources, and acting as a key decision-maker during the manager's absence.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily private dining operations, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
• Handle guest relations, track preferences, and resolve service issues professionally
• Oversee scheduling, training, and grooming compliance of the service team
• Assist with budget management, cost control, and performance optimization
• Act as the outlet lead in the absence of the Private Dining Manager
• Promote consistent service excellence, hygiene, and brand identity

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a 5-star luxury hotel
• Strong communication in English; fluency in Russian or a European language is preferred
• Solid understanding of F&B financials including budgeting and profit maximization
• Skilled in leading multicultural teams and motivating high performance
• Detail-oriented with a passion for luxury guest service
