Job Overview
As Assistant Outlet Manager, you will lead daily service delivery, support financial performance, and ensure that Pierchic consistently delivers an extraordinary guest experience. You will also deputize in the absence of the Outlet Manager, taking full responsibility for team leadership and outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and uphold luxury service standards
• Drive guest satisfaction through personal interaction and effective complaint resolution
• Monitor inventory, ensure accurate supply ordering, and safeguard assets
• Analyze sales trends, control labor and costs, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting
• Manage team schedules, ensure grooming standards, and lead pre-shift briefings
• Support training, performance reviews, and team engagement in line with brand values

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant Outlet Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel or fine-dining venue
• Strong knowledge of financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Skilled in managing multicultural teams and high-end clientele
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
