Job Overview
The Assistant Outlet Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure smooth service execution, and support financial and team performance. This role involves maintaining brand standards, enhancing the guest experience, and acting as the point of contact in the absence of the Outlet Manager.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and maintain compliance with luxury service standards
• Foster guest relationships and maintain personalized service for regular clientele
• Manage team schedules, inventory control, and procurement procedures
• Contribute to budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, grooming, and training protocols
• Lead, coach, and evaluate team performance in line with Jumeirah brand culture

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a 5-star hotel or upscale French/Mediterranean dining venue
• Fluent in English and French
• Demonstrated experience in financial operations including budgeting and expense control
• Ability to lead diverse teams in a high-end service environment
• Passion for hospitality, detail-oriented, and guest-focused personality
