Position Overview
Jumeirah Al Naseem is seeking an experienced Assistant Outlet Manager for Kayto, a fine dining concept specializing in Japanese and Peruvian Nikkei cuisine. This role requires operational leadership, guest experience management, and the ability to drive performance in a dynamic, luxury environment.
What You'll Do

• Manage daily outlet operations, ensuring compliance with Jumeirah service standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail.
• Lead and motivate a multicultural team, ensuring continuous training and professional development.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization strategies for the outlet.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and cashiering functions efficiently.
• Resolve guest complaints effectively and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain the authenticity and quality of Japanese and Peruvian offerings.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 2 years in a similar leadership role in a 5-star hotel or upscale dining environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills such as Russian or European languages are an advantage.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with proven ability to enhance profitability.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
• Knowledge and passion for Japanese and Peruvian Nikkei cuisines preferred.
