Al Taie Primary Health Care Center is seeking a

dedicated and reliable Assistant Nurse

with a valid

Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi license

to support our medical and nursing team. The Assistant Nurse will assist in providing safe, high-quality patient care and ensure smooth daily clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Registered Nurses and Doctors in providing patient care. Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments. Take and record vital signs accurately (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.). Assist in basic nursing procedures under supervision. Maintain cleanliness and proper sterilization of treatment rooms and equipment. Support patients with mobility, personal hygiene, and comfort when required. Assist in administering medications as directed by the supervising nurse or doctor (within scope of practice). Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Follow infection control, safety, and DOH standards at all times. Refill and manage medical supplies and report shortages. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Certificate in Nursing / Assistant Nursing from a recognized institution.

Valid DOH (Department of Health) Abu Dhabi License - Mandatory

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in a clinic or hospital setting is preferred. Good communication skills in

English

(Arabic is an advantage). Knowledge of basic nursing care, infection control, and patient safety. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Professional, caring, and responsible attitude.
