Practical Nurses (PN)

to join our dynamic clinical team.

The Practical Nurse will provide essential support and direct care services, acting as a vital link in the patient journey. Key responsibilities include:

Direct Patient Care:

Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, personal hygiene, and feeding.

Clinical Monitoring:

Accurately measuring and recording vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate) and reporting any significant changes in patient condition immediately to the supervising Registered Nurse or Physician.

Clinical Support:

Preparing patients, treatment rooms, and equipment for examinations, procedures, and treatments.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential patient records and clinical documentation in accordance with DoH standards.

Safety & Infection Control:

Strictly adhering to infection prevention and control practices and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.

Team Collaboration:

Working professionally and ethically as part of a multidisciplinary team to implement the patient care plan.

I. Professional Qualification

Minimum Education:

Completion of an accredited

Diploma in Nursing

or a recognized Practical Nurse/Assistant Nurse program

II. Professional Experience

Clinical Experience:

A minimum of

one (1) to two (2) years

of relevant post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred.

III. Licensing & Certification

DoH License:

A valid and current

Department of Health (DoH), Abu Dhabi Practical Nurse License

or proof of DoH Eligibility to practice is

mandatory

.

BLS Certification:

Current

Basic Life Support (BLS)

certification from an approved provider (e.g., AHA or equivalent) is required.

Language Proficiency:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
