What's the job?

You are passionate and dynamic guest focused Marketing & Communication professional and you have ambition, talent and key skills. We're looking for someone who will join our Sales & Marketing team and manage the end to end development & execution of marketing programs that will deliver results.

Your day-to-day

Comply with Hotel Rules and Regulations and provisions contained in the Employment Handbook

Comply with Company Grooming Standards at all times to portray a professional image of self and the hotel

Comply with Time and Attendance Policies set by the hotel.

Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self-development

Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety

Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures

Ensure all security incidents, accidents and near misses are always logged in a timely manner and brought to the attention of the Line Manager

Comply with the Company's Corporate Code of Conduct

Familiarize self with the company values

Perform all tasks as directed by the Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals

What we need from you



Should be an advertising, marketing or communication graduate with preferable experiences in a similar field. Must be a computer literate with effective communication skills, verbal and written in English and preferable in Arabic as well.

The ideal candidate will be a young, outgoing, vibrant and innovative individual. Can work independently and promote at all times the brand image and market status, as well as maintain accurate documentations and accounts records on all clients assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
