has partnered with a leading company who are hiring a Marketing & PR Manager to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Developing marketing and PR strategies aligned with the companys objectives.
Prepare and create engaging and informative content.
Plan and execute well-performing campaigns, conferences, and workshops to grow brand awareness and generate leads.
Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain good working relationships with media, industry publications, PR agencies, and key stakeholders.
Develop corporate communication materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and newsletters.
Manage media relations, public affairs, and prepare press releases, articles, speeches, and company news.
Identify and participate in key international and local exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing and PR campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or equivalent. An MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE, preferably in the contracting/industrial/ manufacturing industry.
Experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Knowledge of website management, SEO, and marketing analytics tools.
Effective networking skills.
Strategic & creative thinker, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
