Job Description

:

  • Work closely with agent sales team to build lasting high performance win-win relationships with the Broker Agency network.
  • Develop a monthly agent meeting schedule in discussion with line manager & Agency Sales Head
  • Ensure regular structured Agency meetings with defined objectives recorded in minutes with actions and execution time-lines.
  • Establish a plan for agent acquisition & activation with Agency Sales Head
  • Manage the BDM team to ensure we deliver quality service to the Sales teams and Agencies alike
  • Develop & optimize joint business plans with agents to maximize share of business.
  • Identify new, inactive, dormant & under-performing agents and develop activation plans in collaboration with agent sales team head.
  • Evaluate agent(s) based on Sales, quality of work and people towards building a improving performance.
  • Work with Agency Sales Head to recommend reallocation of poor performing Agents.
Qualifications
  • Degree education level
  • Strong English/Arabic communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Computer literacy with focus on Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM solution
  • Sales and negotiation
  • Proven track record of successful Dubai Real Estate business development and account management in the assigned territory
  • Proven Track Record in managing large multi level agency teams
