Key Responsibilities:
Support Daily Operations:
Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing daily salon functions, including staff scheduling, client bookings, inventory management, and salon upkeep.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and motivate stylists, receptionists, and support staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.
Customer Experience:
Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, professional service, and personalized care from check-in to check-out.
Sales & Revenue Management:
Support sales initiatives, upsell salon services and retail products, and assist in achieving monthly revenue and performance targets.
Staff Development:
Assist in conducting performance reviews, training sessions, and coaching to foster a positive and high-performing team culture.
Inventory & Supplies:
Monitor product inventory, manage supplier relationships, and ensure adequate stock of retail and professional products.
Administrative Support:
Handle cash management, POS reports, payroll support, and ensure compliance with company policies and salon standards.
Marketing Support:
Assist with social media promotion, local marketing campaigns, and client retention programs.
Qualifications:
Minimum
2-3 years of salon or spa experience
, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong knowledge of
salon operations, retail sales, and beauty industry trends.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and problem-solving
skills.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional
customer service
and handle client concerns professionally.
Experience with
salon management software
(e.g., Mindbody, Vagaro, Booker, or similar).
Cosmetology or esthetics license
preferred but not required (depending on role).
