To manage and grow the visa sales operations by leading a team, achieving monthly sales targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth processing of visa applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive visa sales for various destinations by actively promoting services to clients.
Manage a team of Visa Consultants and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Handle client queries and resolve issues related to visa services.
Stay updated on visa rules, regulations, and application procedures for different countries.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service quality.
Identify new business opportunities and assist in the development of marketing strategies.
Coordinate with internal processing and documentation teams for smooth visa processing.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in visa sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
Strong knowledge of visa application procedures for major destinations (e.g., Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, GCC, etc.).
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
